Jarrard Inc. welcomes industry veteran to lead Market Research & Insights team
NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Jarrard Inc., a U.S. Top 10 healthcare strategic communications and change management consultancy, is pleased to announce the addition of Jed Lam as Senior Vice President, Market Research & Insights. With more than 25 years of experience leading research-driven brand strategy and marketing communications, Lam deepens Jarrard's capability to deliver sophisticated, data-driven insights to healthcare organizations navigating reputational, branding and strategic hurdles.
Lam joined Jarrard in March from Edelman where he served as Executive Vice President, Head of US Central Region for Edelman Data & Intelligence and led a team of research managers, scientists and analysts.
"As we continue expanding our Market Research & Insights practice, bringing in a leader like Jed is a game-changer," said Jarrard Inc. President and Co-Founder Anne Hancock Toomey. "Healthcare organizations are under immense pressure to make decisions with clarity and confidence, and Jed's deep expertise positions us to provide even more precise, data-driven guidance to our clients."
The Jarrard Market Research & Insights (MRI) group specializes in understanding the interplay of stakeholder perceptions, motivations and behaviors – the literal and people politics that permeate healthcare – and the messaging that will drive impact. The MRI team explores the right questions and develops solutions to deliver critical wins with measurable results.
Over Lam's distinguished career, he has worked with a myriad of Fortune 100 clients and leading healthcare organizations including Advocate Health, the American Cancer Society, the Arthritis Foundation, CMS, Lurie Children's Hospital, Humana and Walgreens.
"I'm thrilled to join the powerhouse team at Jarrard as we aim to supercharge all the great work already happening with the latest advancements in utilizing research and data to make healthcare better," Lam said.
